By car/on foot:
Coming out of Cork City, travel down Washington Street leading onto Western Road (N22). Pass the River Lee Hotel on your left and turn right at the next set of traffic lights (at the intersection with O'Donovan Road). Turn left onto Mardyke Walk just after the traffic lights. The Mardyke Arena is at the end of the road on the right hand side.
